"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!"
2 Corinthians 12:9-10
“And He said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my strength is made perfect in weakness’ therefore more gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me… for when I am weak, then I am strong.”
We know that we cannot do anything just on our own strength. Our desires, emotions, habits and temptations are too strong for us. But when we yield to Jesus and place our full dependence and reliance on Him, we become strong, able, not depending on our strength (which is really weakness) but on God’s strength in us through His wonderful grace.
So today, whatever you face or whatever you are dealing with, receive His strength that come from absolute dependence and surrender. When our weaknesses become evident, rely on Jesus’ strength in us and proclaim, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!”
