Miracles of Jesus

Jesus healed diseases, mastered nature, conquered demons and death. He not only preached the Kingdom of God in word, but also in power through His miracles. In six dynamic and interactive sessions, including maps, outlines, discussion questions, and a 5 day Bible Study plan for each session, this course gives a unique and in-depth look at His miracles. We will learn of the impact on the lives He touched, revelations about God’s heart, and the significance of those miracles for us today.

This 11 week course by Beth Moore will present and discuss the topic of the fruit of the Spirit. Through workbooks, DVDs, and group discussions, this study will enable you to appreciate and learn the supernatural aspects of the fruit of the Spirit. You will come to understand that only through an intimate relationship with the Holy Spirit can you grow, learn, and produce fruit of your own. Each session incudes daily assignments.

Men’s Discipleship
April 29th – June 17th* (NO CLASS April 22nd) *Meeting bi-monthly/weekly
This course will be focused on achieving spiritual maturity as men under the direction and influence of the Holy Spirit. Discussions and small groups will be utilized to cover the Godly principles that develop strength, integrity, and spiritual character as men of God. Christ-centered topics will shape, influence and empower through teaching, discussing, and practicing eternal values, while learning to seek more than material gain or temporary achievement. This course will truly be life-changing.

When God’s People Pray

Featuring Pastor Jim Cymbala from Brooklyn Tabernacle, this 6 session study will discuss how prayer can change lives and circumstances like nothing else. Through workbooks, DVD presentations, small groups, and prayer journals, you will learn to unlock the power of prayer and tap into God’s resources as you turn it from just an activity into a vital link with God. You will be transformed as you develop a prayer life of passion, focus, and faith. These 6 sessions will help you pray with new confidence, bridging ordinary people with extraordinary answers to prayer.

When Life is Hard

This course, developed by James McDonald, will encourage and teach us how pain and suffering leads us to Christ, our source of hope. Through the workbook, DVDs and group discussions, we will dig into key New Testament passages specifically dealing with how to endure hard times. As we complete the 6 sessions, we will learn what God wants us to know when life is hard. As we apply these lessons, we will remember and rest in all the promises of God. Topics include, “Why Trials”, “What To Do With Trials”, and “Coming Forth As Gold”.

Marriage & Family

This course will examine and explore key marital and family problems, discuss them from a biblical perspective, and offer biblical solutions. Topics will include communication, life patterns, priorities, problem solving, children, and love & intimacy. The format of the sessions is comprised of information presentations, group discussions, and question & answer segments.

The Holiness of God
November 4, 11, 18 (NO CLASS Nov. 25TH)

God is often called “the Holy One” or “the Holy One of Israel”. Holy is used more often to describe God than any other attribute. Men heard angels crying, ‘holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty’ when they saw God in His throne room. In this 5 session study by R.C. Sproul, we will gain a true biblical concept of the holiness of God, understand how His holiness affects each of us, and learn how we should respond in our every day lives to His holiness. This highly interactive study with engaging workbook will lead us to an encounter with God in His wonderful holiness.

As the nation’s most popular Bible program, this study provides 52 weeks of book-by-book study of the Bible with culturally relevant examples and discussion questions. It includes supplementary material to understand the context and message of the Bible for application to life situations.
