If you are new to our church, or just getting to know us through our website, we are delighted to welcome you. Light of the World Church in Minisink Hills, PA is an extended family of people from many different backgrounds, cultures, ethnic distinctions and locations seeking to be Christ's disciples and to make Him known to the world. That commitment is expressed in our Purpose and Mission—namely, that we exist to:
- Bring people into a life changing encounter and intimate relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Present the uncompromised Word of God as the foundation, stability, and compass of our lives.
- Authentically demonstrate the love, care, and compassion of Christ to all people by our example as followers of Christ, set in place by God in His body, the Church.
So whether you're new to the Christian faith, or perhaps just trying to understand what it's all about, or you've been a follower of Christ for some time, let us introduce you to our family.
